Sikh Student Associations operate as islands, and every one of them resets each year
The idea
One web app that every SSA in the country joins. It works as the chapter's operating system and as a national arena where chapters take on challenges, earn points and grants, and see themselves as part of one force. Every seva and challenge a chapter completes earns points, and the national leaderboard turns a year of local work into something the whole chapter can rally around. Gurdwaras, the sangat and USM post real needs, the AI matches each one to the chapters best placed to help, and like the Misls, each SSA keeps its own identity and comes together with the rest when it matters. The challenge goes well beyond a club app: turning messy requests, often a voice note in Punjabi, into clear tasks, matching them well across campuses and calendars, verifying seva that happens offline, and keeping the points fair, so a small chapter can compete with a large one and nobody can game the leaderboard.
