An AI-powered, audio-first system in Punjabi that lets any community member speak their concern into a phone, and automatically converts it into a structured, routed report that reaches the right authority. This goes well beyond a voice bot. It understands rural Punjabi speech on a basic phone, asks follow-up questions until a report is complete, and tracks every report until it's resolved. Together, the reports show which villages need help most.
