Jakara · Defending Human Rights
An always-on AI agent made for working-class Sikhs, right inside WhatsApp
Working-class Sikhs need resources that are built specifically for them.
The idea
Big tech is building always-on AI agents that remember your situation, act before you ask and get things done for you. This one is made for the Sikhs who need it most and are offered it least, and it lives where they already are: WhatsApp. They add it as a contact, talk to it in voice notes, send it photos of their documents, and it watches out for them before anything goes wrong. When something does, it handles what it safely can and hands the rest to the right human. This goes well beyond a chatbot: it needs memory over time, monitoring of official sources, multi-step actions on real forms and calendars, approval before acting, and judgement about where its job ends.
